CARINA BRYDLING used to run a restaurant, the Marmite, in the town of Åre with her sister and brother-in-law. Carina was a member of the Swedish Cookery Team in 2005-2009, which took silver in Luxembourg in 2006 and bronze in OS in Erfurt in 2008.
ULRIKA BRYDLING is a trained sommelier and chef. These days she works as a freelance eco-chef and sommelier, and is involved in Svenska Kockars Förening (Association of Swedish Chefs). She is a commentator, a judge in competitions, and right now is searching for a farm.
