Carl Bildt
Carl Bildt has served as both Prime Minister (1991-1994) and Foreign Minister (2006-2014) of Sweden. Bildt was also the Co-Chairman of the Dayton peace talks on Bosnia and became the first High Representative in the country. Later, he was the Special Envoy of UN Secretary General Kofi Annan in the region. Currently he is Co-Chair of the European Council on Foreign Relations and contributing columnist to Washington Post.
