Kerstin Jeding is a licensed psychologist specialising in stress, insomnia, anxiety, and depression at the Stress Clinic in Stockholm (Stressmottagningen). Her patients have been shown to increase their well-being through third wave CBT and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy). She was educated at Uppsala University and earned her Ph. D. at the University of Oxford.
