Nina Björk

Nina Björk (b. 1967) in Offerdal, is an author, debater, cultural writer and literary scholar. Her debut, Under det rosa täcket, was published in 1996 and immediately became a feminist classic. She has received, among other noteworthy prizes, Expressen’s Björn Nilsson Award, Sydsvenskan’s Culture Prize, and Gerard Bonniers stipend for cultural journalism. Her last book, Drömmen om det röda, came in 2016, and is based on Rosa Luxemburg’s life as a political activist.
