Ola Schenström
Ola Schenström is a doctor, a specialist in general medicine and one of Sweden’s leading experts within midfulness. He was educated by among others Professor Emeritus Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of mindfulness based stress reduction and co-founder of EAMBA – European Association for Mindfulness Based Approaches.
Ola is a popular lecturer and course leader, and he has founded and runs the Mindfulness Centre, which educates individuals as well as health professionals in mindfulness.
