Lisa’s kitchen in a former vicarage is her base for creatingsimple yet delicious dishes inspired by the village where she lives and her travels around the world. It is a place where local produce meets flavours of countries such as Mexico, the USA, Italy and Japan, a combination of small village life and the big wide world!

Lisa’s Country Kitchen is so much more than a cookery book. It gives you insight into her fun and hectic life which
is spent renovating, cooking, growing food, keeping animals and running a pizzeria. Many people dream of living in the country, running a restaurant and keeping animals and Lisa shows you that it is possible.
