Christmas at Hanna’s Coffee Cottage

At last, Hanna is back! With Advent just around the corner, she decides to keep the café open for the Christmas season. What a dream it is to decorate with charming little Santas, light warming fire baskets, and bring out the beautiful old Christmas china. Saffron buns and traditional Swedish pastries are baked around the clock, the holiday spirit is in full swing, and the café quickly becomes a success.

At the same time, cracks are beginning to show in her relationship with Erik. His need for control has returned with twice the force. And how long can Hanna keep running the café? She is weighed down by the loss of her friend Klara, and she wonders who still needs her now that the children and grandchildren have moved to Skåne and are busy with their own lives. Where can Hanna find meaning? She longs to take care of her family and to find true love. But is she asking for too much?

Following Hanna’s Sweet Deli and Hanna’s Coffee Cottage, Kristina Ahlström returns with the grand finale of Hanna’s story.
