Jens Linder
Jens Linder is a cook and journalist who writes for Dagens Nyheter and Gourmet, and is one of several food lovers behind Taffel.se, internet magazine of the year in 2008. Jens is one of the authors in Bonniers Cookery Book, and has also written several cookbooks of his own, which have won prizes from both Måltidsakademien and the Gourmand World Cookbook Award. In 2006 he was awarded by the Swedish Society of Chefs (Svenska Kockars Förening) for “praiseworthy contributions and commitment to Swedish food culture”.
