MIA LUNDIN is a specialist gynaecology-obstetrical nurse, and since 1989 she has worked on treatment of hormonal disorders such as menopausal symptoms, PMS and postpartum depression. Mia Lundin lived in California for many years, running her own clinic – The Center for Hormonal & Nutrition Balance Inc. – for 17 years. She is in high demand as a lecturer and educator, and also wrote the award winning book Kaos i kvinnohjärnan. The book was first published in the US under the title Female Brain Gone Insane, where it came out on top at the National Health Information Awards, recognising the best consumer health programmes and materials in the USA.
