Anders Södergård is a qualified doctor and certified fitness instructor. At the age of 25, he was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour and has been careful to supplement medical treatments with physical activity ever since. Anders has previously written two autobiographical books based on his own journey through cancer and recovery.

Siri Helle is a licensed psychologist and has worked with CBT-treatment for depression, stress, and anxiety. She is a fact checker at 1177 Vårdguiden for mental health and regularly appears as a psychological expert in Swedish medias. She is a frequently engaged lecturer and has among other things given a TEDx Talk.

Sara Stridsberg was born in 1972 and is an author and dramatist. Her debut novel Happy Sally was published in 2004. She won the Nordic Council’s literature prize in 2006 for her second book, Drömfakulteten, for which she was also awarded the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet’s literature prize. Her latest novel, Darling River was published in March 2010.

Johan Sörberg is a qualified master baker and pastry chef. During his long career, he has successfully started up bakeries in Sweden and abroad. He has coached the Swedish national bakery team, written books on bread, sat on the jury of the World Bakery Olympics and is also a longstanding jury member on The Great Swedish Bake Off. He has received the Silver Award from the Academy of Gastronomy for his accomplishments and is an indisputable authority in his field.

Lotta Lundin is a graphic designer turned knitter who creates wonderfully unique patterns. Today she runs the popular Instagram account Knitting Lotta with almost 50,000 followers and has contributed to international knitting books. Whole Lotta Mittens is her first book in Sweden.
