Anna Brynhildsen (b. 1992) grew up in Linköping and now lives in Malmö. She has a masters in Literary Studies and a BA in Creative Writing from the author school in Lund. Her debut came in 2019 with Alla vill ju hem, that became a critics’ favourite, and for which she received a work grant from Albert Bonnier’s Scholarship Fund for Young and New authors. THINNER THAN WATER is her second novel, where she continues to explore ideas of Jewish identity, family, relationships and belonging.

Gustav Johansson is the man behind Sweden’s biggest vegan food blog and is passionate about making the food people love better and more sustainable. In 2016, he won Sweden’s biggest food blog prize, and in 2019 he was named one of the sustainability figures of the year. He has been termed a super communicator, for having ‘managed to create a movement around vegan/plant-based food.’

Anna Takanen (b. 1968) studied theatre before forging a career as an actor and theatrical director. In 2015, she wrote and directed Fosterlandet, a critically-acclaimed play about her family’s story and the fate of the war children, a sell-out in both Finland and Sweden. Her five-year tenure as arts and theatrical director at Stockholm’s Kulturhuset Stadsteater concluded in 2019 with her directorial production of John Ajvide Lindqvist’s De Obehöriga. SORROW’S ELEGY is her literary debut.

Mattias Norberg bought his first survival handbook at a young age and has both a great know­ledge of and a deep interest in fire and survival skills. Mattias has over 20 years of experience as an instructor in the Swedish Survival Guild.
