Alexander Jansson (b. 1977) has been active as a freelance illustrator since 2008. He studied painting at Domen Art School in Gothenburg and 3D animation at the Steneby School in Dals Långed.

Among other things, he has illustrated an anthology with works by Robert L. Stevenson, some covers for the Spanish editions of Johan Theorin’s books, a billboard for The Nutcracker ballet in New York as well as the new edition of Anne E. Neimark’s book Mythmaker: The life of JRR Tolkien.

In 2020 he was awarded the Elsa Beskow plaque for his illustration in the book Tassemarker.

CARL JOHAN SUNDBERG is a licensed physician and professor of occupational physiology at the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm. His research focuses on exercise, genes and health, involving studies on people with cancer, diabetes and mental illnesses. He is a member of the steering committee for Generation Pep, a social movement to promote greater physical activity, better eating habits and more equality in health for children and young people, in addition to which, he is a former chair of the International Olympic Committee’s medical commission.

Isabelle McAllister is somewhat of an expert when it comes to creating spaces for kids and she has an extraordinary ability to communicate
with children and see things from their perspective. Together with the photographer Jenny Brandt, she runs the popular blog Dosfamily, which has become a huge hit both in Sweden and internationally.
