Roy Fares moved from Lebanon to Sweden at the age of six. In 2010 he won the Pastry Chef of the Year Award, the biggest competition in Sweden for professional pastry chefs.

Justine Lagache is a long-time advocate of animal and environmental issues, and she has cooperated for many years with the World Wildlife Fund. She works as an art director and graphic designer.
