About four years ago, Mariann Andersson was just another mum with an interest in baking when she suddenly discovered the advantages of a low carbohydrate diet. At that time, there were pretty well no recipes for good pastries and cakes based on the LCHF model. If you wanted something nice for a coffee morning or a party, you had to put up with cream and berries. Mariann started to experiment with various LCHF flours, and she proved to be very skilful at preparing recipes. These days she has many visitors to her blog – www.mariannslchf.se – where she talks about her recipes for good pastries and cakes based on LCHF.
