LENNART STENBERG is a biologist and curator at the Museum of Natural History in Stockholm. He has contributed to a number of works, including the major reference work Den nya nordiska floran (‘The new Nordic flora’), which has sold over 200,000 copies to date.

Susanna Heli is an experienced doula and physiotherapist specialising in pregnancy and childbirth. She is the CEO of Birth by Heart and Birth Without Fear and is constantly working to develop the Birth Without Fear-methods that she shares in her books. Susanna is also an appreciated lecturer and course holder and trains health care professionals, teaches at universities, holds birth preparation courses for expectant parents, and trains doulas and instructors in the Birth Without Fear-method.
