Her breakthrough book, The Self-healing Human, sold 200,000 copies in Sweden alone, and has been translated into a further eight languages. Her homepage attracts some 200,000 visitors each month.
“My goal is to take healing to a whole new level. There is a huge interest in this emerging field – how to strengthen our self-healing powers based on scientific findings. I invite you to open your mind, senses, and heart to this new experience and join the growing ranks of self-healing humans!”
Sanna Ehdin has a PhD in immunology, and works as a freelance researcher, author and speaker. She has devoted twelve years to bio-medical research, both in Sweden and at one of the USA’s most prestigious research institutions. Over the past fifteen years her research has focused on holistic health – the link between the body, the mind, the emotions and the psyche. Her aim is to bring together scientific medicine and the new / old alternative medicine.
This new, integrated medicine aims to create a holistic overview; we are not merely physical machines, our psyche and our soul work together with our body in a highly sophisticated way in order to create a healthy, functioning whole. This new way of thinking moves away from fighting disease and looks towards promoting and stimulating health, our natural self-healing power.
Simply by starting to change your lifestyle to a healthier one, you can create a wellbeing you never dreamt of.
Sanna Ehdin’s books give people the power to influence their own health to a much greater extent than we have traditionally been led to expect. Sanna Ehdin has published six books: The Self-healing Human The Art of Cooking for the Self-healing Human The Little Book of Health and Wellbeing HQ – The Human Holistic Approach 12 Weeks to a Self-healing Life Stop Fighting – Start Living Your Inner Success
