Pelle Holmberg
Pelle Holmberg, popular biologist and educator, regularly appears on TV and has written many books on plants, berries and mushrooms. In 2003 Pelle was awarded a silver medal by the Friends of the Gastronomic Academy in Sweden “for extraordinary contributions to Swedish food culture”. Since 2006 he has also been a member of Lilla Sällskapet, whose aim is to preserve and promote Swedish food culture.
