Guy and the Train

Guy and the Train
Johan Anderblad, illustrated by Filippa WidlundFacts and fiction in one! The wonderful combination of facts about trains and a tale of saving a moose makes Guy and the Train a story that can be read out loud again and again and again!
It’s time to go and put his pyjamas on and go to bed, but when Guy gets undressed he gets stuck in his jumper. It is suddenly very dark, just like the time when they went through the tunnel on the way to grandma’s house. He asks mum if she has ever driven a train and she has. His mum Bibbi has driven just about every vehicle there is because she loves everything that has an engine. She has even been a train driver. She tells Guy what it’s like to drive a train, how to accelerate, how to brake and what the traffic rules are.
Johan Anderblad is an expert at explaining technical things to children. He has a flair for making his stories both interesting and exciting to his target audience – children that are at that age when they are fascinated with large vehicles.
