Happy – a Horse in a Million

One day it happens, just like it always does in the books about horses that Madde reads. Madde’s dad tells her she’s going to get her very own horse to look after, because she’s been so lonely while her mum has been ill. Madde finds Happy, the wonderful skewbald pony, and it’s almost love at first sight. Everything is just fantastic, until the day when the first snow of the year falls, and Madde is out riding Happy in the forest. After that things are never the same again.
