From time immemorial there have been criminals and there have been heroes who have fought criminality and stood up for justice. But never has the world had as powerful of a weapon as the gang on Division 33 at The Headquarters of the International Police.

Twelve-year old Sam has been trained to be one of the world’s strongest and most cleaver agents. Together with Kung Pow Master Ju and data genius Aisha, the trio strives to throw a spanner in the works for the forces of evil in the world. What’s more, there are many forces to fight as the villains seem to be everywhere among us…

In A Living Weapon one of the world’s most dangerous criminals, The Parrot, has succeeded to ambush the highest skyscraper in Brazil and taken hostages at the top. He is demanding a multi-million payment or else he would blow up the whole skyscraper with hostages in it. Sam and Master Ju manage to enter the skyscraper and with the help of a frightened janitor miraculously succeed in climbing higher and higher in the building. But something is not right, and all too late Sam and Master Ju realise something they should have known from the start. And then it might be too late…
