Jan Lööf is a completely unique illustrator; nobody else works in the same style. He is a master, that’s all there is to it. As early as the 1970s he produced the classic The Tale of the Red Apple, and more recently Örni’s Cars (text by Carl Johan De Geer), as well as the highly successful books about Pelle.
