Puck Goes to the Hairdresser

Puck Goes to the Hairdresser
Anna-Karin Garhamn, illustrated by Anna-Karin GarhamnPuck’s hair is too long! He tries to tie it back but that doesn’t help. It needs to be cut! Mum books a time at the hairdresser. Exciting, thinks Puck. But what hairstyle should he have? Maybe a spiky cut or a pageboy cut or a very short cut? Puck wants blue hair! Frida the hairdresser knows all about hair, she washes, colors, curls and shaves hair. First Puck has to put on a giant size bib (called a cutting cape) then Frida brings out her scissors. Puck must sit very still. After she has blow-dried Puck’s hair he is ready. What does it look like? It’s almost as good as having blue hair, thinks Puck. A delightful and humorous picture book about going to the hairdresser for the first time.
