Snurran Does the Housework

Eva Bergström, illustrated by Annika Samuelsson

The sixth book about Snurran. A crazy, funny story about a stubborn, headstrong little kitten that everyone with a sense of rebellion can identify with, whatever their age.

Snurran is the cockiest kitten on the block. Nobody is as tough as she is. She really does rule the roost, both at home and in the sandpit.

Today everyone in Snurran’s family is going to do the housework. But one thing is certain. Snurran has absolutely no intention of doing any cleaning! She thinks it’s completely unnecessary. Her part of the house looks absolutely fine, and besides, she’s feeling tired, really really tired, and all of a sudden she develops earache, the plague, and breaks both her front legs. And you can’t do housework in that state! Snurran’s inventive excuses drive her hardworking family crazy!

In the end Snurran’s room looks lovely, and Mummy and Daddy are very pleased. It’s just as well they don’t know how it got that way…
