Vilde, little sister Valentina, mum and Magnus have rented an old house in the countryside for the summer – and Siri is coming along. All spring, Vilde has been looking forward to riding across the fields with Winner and building obstacle courses in the big garden. The house is by the water, and it even has its own little dock, where she and Siri will sunbathe and swim all day. Such fun!
But the summer doesn’t turn out to be the dream holiday Vilde had in mind. The rain is pouring and the old wooden house turns out to be a shack. Even though a girl their age lives on the neighbouring horse farm, and Vilde and Siri can spend as much time there as they like, Vilde soon starts to worry. It is hard to play when two girls want completely different things and the third doesn’t want to choose sides. It’s all made worse on the boat over to the island: Winner disappears!
