In the new series about The Best Club by Magnus Ljungren and Mats Väneholm, there are two teams that train together, a boys team and a girls team. The books are as much about football as of life off the football pitch. These are perfect books for children who have just started to read!

– She plays like killer! shouts Leo’s father.

Tina is playing a game with the boys’ team. She is a fantastic football player and has already scored a goal when she makes a false move and cuts down Leo. His father runs on to the pitch and carries him off. His father says Leo has broken his leg and that they need to go the hospital. The remainder of the match is no fun. The Best Club win 3-0 but Tina is not happy when she gets home. The day after she decides to go to the hospital to find out how Leo is and apologize. Her friend Malin goes with her.
It turns out Leo isn’t in the hospital at all and Leo, Tina, Malin and Leo’s father end up spending a nice afternoon together.
