Ann Fernholm

Ann Fernholm is a science journalist, a PhD of molecular biotechnology and the founder of the Dietary Science Foundation which is a new research fund. For ten years she has used her profound knowledge about the body’s molecules to examine dietary sciences. She has written several books, including ‘My sweet heart’, which criticised the public dietary guidelines and became an eye-opener to many, and the award-winning book ‘The taste adventure’ about babies’ eating habits. On her blog annfernholm.se she writes about sugar, food and health. She is greatly valued for her knowledge, objectiveness and sense of humour.
