Sébastien Boudet’s debut book The French Baker was selected as the best French cookbook at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2013. Sébastien was born in Paris as a second-generation baker. He has been living in Sweden for a number of years now and is, among other things, the founder of the prized La Petite France on the island of Kungsholmen in Stockholm. With his wide experience within the restaurant and bakery industry, he is at the forefront of the sour dough revolution and cooking with natural ingredients.
