Paul Svensson likes simple, sustainable and vegetable-based food and is passionate about inspiring a food philosophy with all things green at its core. He has represented Sweden in the Bocuse d’Or and has worked at several of the world’s and Sweden’s best gastro-pubs. Since 2014, together with Christofer Ekman, he runs the restaurant at Fotografiska in Stockholm – which in 2017 was named the world’s best museum restaurant. Paul has also written several cookbooks.
