Low carb family food

Low carb family food
Anna HallénWith the right food, your children will be well fed, contented and happy. They will be healthy, with lots of energy, ability to concentrate and an even temperament. And in years to come they will avoid our welfare diseases.
More and more people are discovering the benefits of reducing their intake of carbohydrates and instead eating a little more fat. Stout people will become slender, sick people will become healthy. But is LCHF all right for our children?
Yes. Why should the food being eaten by more and more people, making them healthier and more energetic, not suit our children? It is, after all, natural food. Vegetables in all their varieties and colours, fish, poultry, meat and wholesome fats. LCHF is not a miracle cure. It is just the food we have evolved to eat. The natural diet. Quite simply food that is best for the health of our children (in fact all of us).
The recipes in the book are geared to what children like. There are recipes for turning children’s unhealthy favourites into sensible choices. But there are also new inspiring dishes – ranging from picnic food to an entire menu for a children’s party.
