Jimmy Dymott started his career collecting glasses at a nightclub in Stockholm when he was 19, but he soon realised that it was behind the bar that he belonged. Since then he has worked at and started a number of award-winning bars and in 2010 he received the Swedish Bartender of the Year award. He now runs the bar Little Quarter at Marie Laveau in Stockholm, which received the Swedish Cocktail Bar of the Year award in 2011 and 2012.
