Samantha Santambrogio-Öberg is originally from Milan, Italy, but has lived in Sweden for over 20 years. She runs the company Al Dente in Stockholm where she holds courses in Italian cooking. She has also written the cookbooks Authentic Italian Pasta (2018) and Gelato (2016).
