Roy Fares goes west! Los Angeles to be exact. He’s in his right element here because they know all about how to create spectacular pastries here in the City of Angels. Since Roy has spent so much time in this city, he is more than familiar with American cakes and desserts, but he wanted to learn even more. He set out to visit some of the city’s most famous bakeries where he met some very interesting people who shared his passion for all things sweet and, against all odds, he managed to get them to divulge some of their finest recipes.
