Mathias Dahlgren is Sweden’s most acclaimed chef. Among other things, he is the only Swedish chef who has won gold in the World Cup of the baking world, theBocuse d’Or. Today he runs restaurants Rutabaga and Matbaren (where he holds a Michelin star) at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm and the rye bread bakery Green Rabbit.
