Mathias Dahlgren
Mathias Dahlgren is Sweden’s most acclaimed chef. Among other things, he is the only Swedish chef who has won gold in the World Cup of the baking world, the Bocuse d’Or. Today he runs restaurants Rutabaga and Matbaren at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm and the rye bread bakery Green Rabbit. He also run the restaurant Overseas by Mathias Dahlgren at Maldives.
