Paul Svensson

Paul Svensson likes simple, sustainable and vegetable-based food and is passionate about inspiring a food philosophy where green is at the center. He has represented Sweden in the Bocuse d’Or and has worked at several of the world’s and Sweden’s best pubs. Since 2014, he runs the restaurant at Fotografiska in Stockholm together with Christofer Ekman. The restaurant which, in 2017, was named the ‘World’s Best Museum Restaurant’. Paul has also written several cookbooks.
