Paul Svensson
PAUL SVENSSON likes simple, sustainable and vegetable-based food and is passionate about inspiring a food philosophy where green is at the center. He has represented Sweden in the Bocuse d’Or and has worked at several of the world’s and Sweden’s best pubs. Since 2014, together with Christofer Ekman, he runs the restaurant at Fotografiska in Stockholm – which in 2017 was named the world’s best museum restaurant. Paul has also written several cookbooks.
